Sited on an uphill lot along Blithedale Avenue in Mill Valley, CA, Blithedale Terrace will feature a mixture of townhomes and flats as well as a corner commercial space.

The 13 townhomes cascade across the north end of the lot. Designed in a traditional Mill Valley vernacular, the homes are clad in stained cedar siding with pitched roof lines and projecting balconies, offering residents ample opportunity to extend their living space to the outdoors.
